Great question — really great. It has to do with perspectives.
As we move from egocentric perpsectives to sociocentric perpsectives to worldcentric perspectives that take the insights, experience, values, history, and culture of people worldwide into account, we increase the likelihood we will move beyond conflict, prejudices, and segregation based on ignorance and ethnocentrism.
So HyperLearning is — in part — about how we can use technology and advanced learning techniques to accelerate our development from “me” to “us” to “all of us” in our circle of care and concern, which filters through to every interaction and endeavor we engage in, from coffeeshop conversation to buying habits to creative pursuits such as business.
Really great question, thanks!
